New Build in Okura

This was a new build in a rural area of Auckland.

Polished concrete floors throughout the ground floor have hot water pipes concealed within for heating. Other infrastructure is hidden behind cedar battens that emulate the weatherboards of the house. The lighting, heating, cooling, AV and security systems are all linked and can be operated via electronic touch screen or remote operation.
