New Build in Glendowie

This was a new build on the site of an old tennis court.

The client brief was to create an apartment style home with the luxury of a large garden. Large sliding glass doors on the first floor living area open up a whole corner of the house to views over the harbour. Height to boundary issues on one side of the property resulted in some clever use of space.
